- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst service I've ever experienced. Honestly wish there was another option when it comes to utility providers. I had returned a phone call and requested a note be made on my account claiming that I could not pay till the end of the week. I was told it was no problem and the note had been made. They then proceeded to shut off my power a couple days later. When I called about it I was informed there was nothing they could do and that I HAD to pay my bill to turn it back on, even though they were at fault. This forced me to get ready for work in complete darkness. Both ladies I spoke with were EXTREMELY rude. I'm just thankful for the option to pay online so I don't have to worry about the rudeness and attitudes their employees seem to have an issue with and needs to be delt withBy melissa, October 15, 2016
